PCD（高晶）金刚石拉丝模芯

      PCD由微米级金刚石微粉与结合剂(钴)在高温高压条件下烧结而成，在烧结过程中，金刚石微粉颗粒间形成高强度的金刚石键合，把金刚石微粉颗粒结合在一起具有很高的耐磨性、硬度及导热性又具有良好的可加工性等优点，适用于拉拔铁、不锈钢、铜、铝、镍等有色金属各种合金线材，因此在拉丝行业中获得了广泛应用。目前，绝大部分金刚石拉丝模均使用PCD拉丝模芯。

    PCD is sintered by diamond micron powder and bonding material ( Cobalt) under high temperature and pressure. In sintering processing, it is characterized as excellent wear-resisting property and hardness, perfect heat conductivity and machinability. It is widely applied in iron wire, copper, aluminum, nickel etc various alloy wires. Most of  diamond drawing die is used in polycrystalline diamond drawing die blank.
